Our guest, Craig Campbell, Began in the Recording Industry back in 1992.
He started with Yamaha Systems
Technology when the first CDR100 and CDR102 recorders hit the market.

Yamaha
brought me on board to get software developers to support CD Recorders. When
I began there were only 3 software developers supporting recorders and only
Data CD’s could be created. By the time I left I was assisting over 300
Software Developers support the Vendor Specific Command Set, and then the
MMC Command Set. While at Yamaha I and three other Yamaha Employees developed
a process for repairing Yamaha Recorders. So I have both a Hardware and
Software Background. In May of 2000, I started with Ahead Software Inc to
open an office in the United States. And I’ve been here every since.
