We also suggested software company Roxio who make CD burning software which has audio importing features for grabbing vinyl records and tapes and cleaning them up.

Last week Michael, from Santa Cruz, asked us about a video problem of transferring video files from a Windows machine to a Mac. Ben suggested MPEG Streamclip which runs on Mac and Windows and converts video files. Oh, and it's free!
