Google's Picasa photo application. Two more options mentioned for photo management are iMatch and iView MediaPro. Lyle uses iMatch for photo management on Windows, but really likes iView, and might be switching. The only issue with iView is it's poor keyword/category assignment support; iMatch has a great interface for assigning keywords, and it is very scriptable, which is disirable for a geek like Lyle.
